  • No-Shows or Last-Minute Cancellations
    Cancellations with less than 4 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without notice, are non-refundable.

If there’s an issue such as a missed session due to provider error, please contact us within 72 hours. We will strive to make it right—either by rescheduling at no cost or offering a refund, depending on the situation.
